The price is definitely the best part, and you can tell the cotton is good quality. However, the 4XL was a little tighter around the arms than I'm used to with oversized brands. It's still a nice hoodie, but I might size up to a 5XL next time. The customer service was very fast and helpful when I asked about exchange policies.
